Your meals are created by a local chef, prepared with seasonal ingredients, and will arrive refrigerated - just heat and serve. In as little as 3 minutes you can have a delicious meal that goes from the oven to your table. No grocery shopping, no recipes, no prep, no cooking, and no mess!

Consider how many meals you want to purchase. Our meals come packaged in individual servings, perfect for feeding one adult, or multiple servings to a container (Double Taste=2 servings, Tasty Trio feeds 3!)

Orders must be placed by Thursday at midnight to be delivered by Tuesday of the following week.
We deliver on Tuesdays between 9am and 5:30pm. We will send you a reminder the night before delivery so you can leave a cooler for our team if you won't be home to receive your meals. Please remember this is perishable food that must be refrigerated! If you aren't home and there is no cooler, you must purchase an insulated cooler bag for $5. There are 2 pick up options: Burn Bootcamp North Raleigh, 4701 Atlantic Ave between 4-7pm and the Kitchen Archive, 3805 S. Wilmington St. between 8am-12:30pm.

Where is this service available?
We provide delivery service to homes and offices in Raleigh, Cary, RTP and parts of Apex (east of 540/Kelly Rd), Durham (east of Hwy 15), and Wake Forest (south of highway 98).
How much is the delivery fee?
Our delivery charge varies between $5.50-$5.95 depending on distance from Raleigh.
Do I have to order each week?
No, there is currently no minimum or weekly commitment. Of course, we’d like for you to order each week, because we don’t want you to miss one delicious bite, but it’s your choice!
When can I place my order and when will my meals be delivered?
Any time! Orders must be placed by Thursday at midnight for delivery the following week. Remember, you don't need to wait until the last minute to place your order. :)
We deliver to your home or office on Tuesday, typically between 11am-5pm. After you place your order, you will receive a delivery reminder with more specifics.
How do I reheat the food?
Our meals and sides come in microwave oven-ready packaging with specific instructions for each individual meal.
Typically, the food takes 3-4 minutes in the microwave to reheat. We recommend using only 50% power - reducing the power level helps ensure your proteins are moist and succulent, not “rubbery” from overcooking. You can also transfer to an oven safe dish and heat for about 30 minutes in a 350* oven.
What if I have food allergies?
Please reach out to us to discuss any allergies or food sensitivities before ordering. It's also important to keep in mind that we work in a shared commercial cooking space and use dairy, nuts and eggs in many of our dishes, so if your allergy requires a facility free of these ingredients, we will not be a great fit.
What is a serving?
We use the American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines for each serving with the exception of proteins. AHA recommends 2-3 ounces - our servings include 5-6 ounces of protein.
Grains: 1 slice of bread, 1 ounce of ready-to-eat cereal, 1/2 cup of cooked cereal, rice or pasta (about the size of a 1/2 baseball).
Vegetables: 1 cup of raw leafy vegetables (about the size of a small fist), 1/2 cup of other vegetables or 1/2 cup of vegetable juice., 1/2 cup cooked dry beans.
Fruits: 1 medium fruit (medium is defined as the size of a baseball); 1/2 cup chopped or cooked fruit; or 1/2 cup juice.
How long will the meals stay fresh?
Our meals last up to 5 days in the refrigerator, or can be frozen for up to 2 months. If you freeze a meal, simply allow it to defrost in the refrigerator before reheating.
Where is the food prepared?
We prepare your meals at The Kitchen Space- a certified food production facility located in downtown Raleigh. We’re there each Monday, prepping, cooking, portioning, washing dishes – all for you!
Do you have a referral program?
